Ultralox Hair & Heat is a retro-inspired blowdry and heat styling salon that provides clients with a full menu of haircare treatments and dry styles. Influenced by 1980s and '90s runway looks and supermodels, the Ultralox signature blowout is voluminous, textured, and bouncy, with movement that is best showcased by a long, layered haircut. Scalp and hair health is important here, so consider the variety of treatment options available on the menu to ensure your best look and feel. Pricing is visible on the booking site menu.
​Ultralox is for clients with natural hair only. Those with permanently installed hair extensions like wefts, microlinks, k-tips, and other types of installations should see their original stylists for cleansing and styling.

​Acidic Bonding Leave-In Treatment: Recommended as a preparation step for all heat styling, this lightweight leave-in cream protects hair up to 450 degrees, helps protect against hair color fade, tames frizz and adds shine. Bond repair ingredients aid in strengthening and repairing hair from the inside out (for all hair types).
Ultralox Signature Blowout: Your blowdry experience includes any appropriate products your hair needs or style requires. Modern dryer technology promises little-to-no heat damage while using positive and negative ions, air pressure, and low heat to push water out of the hair fast and efficiently. Each section of dry hair is formed by hand and pinned to the scalp to cool, setting into a large curl during the blowdry process. When finished, all of the pinned sections are brushed together, resulting in a beautiful, classic salon blowout with lasting movement and texture (layered cuts achieve best results). For those with curly hair, a Flat Iron add-on is recommended for sleekness.

​"Take-Home" Roller Set: Velcro rollers are applied in sections with duckbill clips during the blow-dry process and then worn home, allowing them to set perfectly for a long-lasting, voluminous look. Purchase rollers in-house or you can bring your own! Retail Set of Velcro Rollers with Clips is available for purchase and is not included in the service price.
